It’s time to speak out

As it is International Women’s Month, I decided to write a blog about women speaking out.

There was a time when you were told, “You have made your bed, now you have to lie in it.” I also have heard in the past, “It’s a woman’s lot.”

It is no longer this way anymore. Times are a changing.

We had the feminist movement and women were fighting for their rights and now women are stepping into a new way of being and they are allowing rather than fighting. It’s time to step into the light and to honour our inner Goddess.

As a woman who practices the essence of the feminine presence, it is not necessary for us to ‘fight for our rights’, it is now time to allow our inner genius and our feminine essence to shine. We do not need resistance and push against, we open and allow.

To fight for something is a masculine way, our way is with softness and yet with strength. I implore you to have the courage to be able to connect to your inner goddess and to allow her to radiate.

We do not have to speak out with force, we just stand in our own power and say ‘That is not acceptable’, ‘I do not wish to do that,’ or ‘I am choosing my direction of my life now.’

It is OK to say YES and OK to say NO for the things we believe in. One of our strongest assets is our intuition and if we feel guided by our hearts, then we must embrace and follow that guidance.

We are meant to change and flow like the wind, it is our true nature to move and to feel. No longer are we to be considered crazy because an old belief was that our uterus was floating around our body out of control. It is fine to be mad, happy, sad or even exuding with joy. Just let it out and let yourself shine in the true being that you are. We are just an experience having an experience.

It is a sad thing that as children, neither boys nor girls are taught about how to communicate. We can get told that our feelings are wrong, girls discouraged from showing their anger and boys are not allow to cry, this is ridiculous. Our feelings are not who we are, it is just how we feel at this time and it will change like the wind, as we do.

A most dangerous sign in any relationship is when the woman says nothing, if she nags and talks then that is a healthy thing. She wants to feel secure, important and to be cherished. If she shuts down then she has either given up, is defeated or is planning her escape.

I do understand what it is like to live in fear and to not be able to speak my truth. I lived with struggle and abuse for a lot of my life. I then was in a place of fighting to be heard, though this is not our way. When we fight it, we own it.

Fear can be False Experiences Appearing Real, when what we really want is to be Feeling Excited About Reality. The fear and dread becomes a sense of excitement and know we are alive. One devalues us and one empowers us.

Be a rebel, this is not a rebel that fights against something or someone. This rebel is one who turns her back on servitude, disempowerment, being closed, guarded and compliance.

Opening is a key word for any female. Our physical anatomy is a representation of openness. Allow yourself to open to who you were born to be, allow yourself to open to love and healing, allow yourself to open to you inner genius and allow yourself to open to your radiance and to shine.

Have that sensation of being open, open to your self-love, self-acceptance and self-worth. We are all divine beings after all.

Until next time, seeing you always in Love, Light and Happiness
