Have you heard the saying, ‘Where your attention goes energy flows?’
This is where life on this planet is at, right now.
As we move into a realm of being conscious co-creators it is important to be aware of what we are thinking about. We are also moving into a time of instant manifestation, so the very thoughts we are having are coming into reality.
We live in a society that likes to extenuate the negative and we say things like ‘No Worries,” This is a very common saying here in Australia. So what we think and feel puts out energy into our surroundings.
I will give u an example.
Last week I had a client who kept saying ‘It is not happening, it is not happening.’ And you can guess what her reality was, ‘It was not happening.’
What can I say?
As a follower of Abraham Hicks and have been for a long time, she talks of us having a vortex which in my understanding, I see as a space where any thoughts, feelings, desires and wishes go. The universe then complies and provides us with those, so everything sits there ready to come into existence.
For us to bring that into our reality we then have to ‘line up’ to it. What this means is that we have to ‘be’ the reality that we want. If we believe we are unlucky, life is shit, I feel sick, then all that happens for us.
What I believe is happening at this time in the world is that the gap between what we put into our vortex and what becomes out reality is closing.
In simple terms how we thing, feel and act becomes active in our lives.
Some of you might be saying, well I say my positive affirmations, I send out loving thoughts and yet I am not getting that back in my life. Sure and I would agree with you as I have been doing the same for 20 years or so myself.
The key I believe to creating the life you want is in the fine tuning and the tidying up of our energy bodies, our vibrations, our thoughts and our actions.
Hence I will ask you
Are you thinking the thoughts of the person you are happy to be?
Are you acting like the person you are happy to be?
Are you cleaning up your vibration?
Are you happy being you?
I use many methods to tidy up my vibration and if you spend time with me I am happy to share. I am also a Psych K facilitator and we can easily see that you might believe ‘I am an abundance person’ and yet when I check what your subconscious believes it can be a totally different thing and even the opposite. Know that subconscious drives most of our actions, thought patterns and behaviours.
Also be aware that the subconscious does not see negatives. So if I say ‘Do not think of a blue tree’ you will. If I say ‘Do not think of a pink elephant,’ you will. In life we get what we want and we get what we do not want. Such is life on planet earth.
As we sit in silence and meditation our awareness grows, as we throw out mental and emotional clutter we become clearer and as this happens it becomes very evident that where our attention goes, the energy flows.
There is a difference between
‘I hate feeling unhealthy’ to ‘Each day I am healthier and happier.’ Each phase carries its own vibration and energy charge and it is this very charge that we are putting out to the world.
‘I want more money,’ again is different from ‘I am a valuable abundant being.’
Last week I was feeling not happy with my physical state and the longer I continued to be unhappy about it I continued to follow unhealthy habits, that made me feel worse, so then I would do things that makes me feel worse, and so on and so on …… I am sure you know this cycle.
Then I stopped myself and acknowledged the feeling shit feeling and then started to change my focus. I looked at where I was at and then I chose to turn that around. From that I created a new mantra ‘I love feeling alive and healthy.’ Now I am repeating it over and over and each day I am feeling more motivated, energised and happy. In fact today has been very productive.
This is the way of the world.
So be mindful of what you are thinking, explore what your subconscious believes, look at what you want in your life and not what you do not want, clean up your vibration and clear out emotional and mental clutter.
